I teach HIIT, circuit training, and strength training, tailoring sessions to meet each client’s goals and fitness level. My athletic foundation began as a competitive tennis player, earning a collegiate scholarship. With 18+ years as a tennis instructor, I developed a coaching mindset that extends beyond technique—helping clients perform at their best both physically and mentally. That background informs my approach to movement quality, sport-specific conditioning, and mindset coaching. I’ve trained clients in Los Angeles and New York and instructed group classes at studios including Barry’s (NYC), Basecamp Fitness and Circuit Works (LA), and Fuego Fitness. Whether one-on-one or in a group environment, I focus on safe, effective progressions, accountability, and measurable results. My mission is to make fitness an integral, sustainable part of my clients’ lives. I push clients past self-imposed limits by motivating them through physical and mental challenges, and I provide the tools, programming, and support needed to reach their optimal fitness goals.
